HESABIM Privacy Policy

HESABIM respects user privacy and is designed with a decentralized architecture.

Data Storage

HESABIM does not store business data on any central server operated by the developer.

All business data, customer records, stock information, sales records and backup files are stored within the user’s own Google Drive account.

Google Account Access

HESABIM may request access to Google Drive in order to:

• Create backup files

• Synchronize data between user devices

• Restore previously backed up data

• Maintain application configuration files

The application only uses Google Drive permissions required for these features.

Information Collected

The application may store:

• Company information entered by the user

• Customer information

• Product and stock records

• Sales and collection records

• User account settings

This information remains under the user’s control.

Data Sharing

HESABIM does not sell, rent, or share user business data with third parties.

Security

Reasonable security measures are used to protect application data. However, users are responsible for securing access to their Google accounts and devices.
